The Delaware Code appearing on this site is
prepared by the Division of Research of Legislative Council of the General
Assembly with the assistance of the Government Information Center, under the
supervision of the Delaware Code Revisors and the editorial staff of LexisNexis and is the most up to date version available. The Delaware Code is updated within a few days of the Governor issuing an Advisory of the legislation that has been signed.
